1. The offer shall be in the prescribed form in accordance with the enclosed terms and condition of the works.

2. Submission of the offer by a bidder implies that he has inspected the site and is fully aware of the site conditions. 

3. Sealed offers shall be received by Purchase officer, on or before 3.10.2023

4. The owners reserve to themselves the right of accepting the whole or any part of the offer and bidder shall be bound to perform the same at his quoted rates.
