Dr. Lalli is a Doctorate in Psychology and has been closely associated with policy making related to prisons and custodial justice issues. She has worked towards increasing knowledge about new laws amongst criminal justice functionaries, as well as bringing about attitudinal change with particular focus on treatment of offenders and motivating prison staff to take initiatives in prison reforms
