Two countries that enjoy the closest bilateral relations are India and Bhutan; historically bound by the Treaty of Perpetual Peace and Friendship 1949 / 2007. Common security is the foundational principle of the treaty. India and Bhutan are also two countries with which China has not resolved its border. The panelists will discuss the opportunities and challenges of these ties.
