26 March 2021 marks the golden jubilee of Bangladesh's independence day celebrations,
50 years of Bangladesh-India diplomatic relations after the 1971 liberation war and also coincides with the birth centenary of Father of the Nation, Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rehman. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will make his first visit abroad since COVD 19 broke out to Dhaka on the same day.
