National Library Conclave on A.I. and Ethics: Perspectives from Industry and Academia

Programme Details

The National Conclave examines the relationship between ethics, artificial intelligence and data ecosystem and the extent of their integration with one another and with society. The Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology brings with it not only new understandings of our processing and application of data, but also opens new worlds for exploration and new pathways for science. Data science provides the data and tools that underpin the work of AI, while AI provides the power to automate tasks, create new data, uncover new or ‘hidden’ information in data, and enable predictions and decision-making.
