The significance of Mental Health in contemporary times cannot be underestimated. To prosper and flourish globally in modern world, we must make most of our material and mental resources. However, globalization, migration and increasing competitiveness have been making greater demands on our energy, time and resources, thus putting more and more demands on our personal, social and working lives. To tackle these issues, two issues are important: mental capital and mental well being at all stages of lives, right from the time of conception. The series of four discussions will examine these issues during discussion with experts from all walks of life
