Presentation of awards to young crafts persons 

 

Chief Guest: Smt Usha Malik, former Secretary, Sangeet Natak Akademi and Honorary Director, Srinivas Malliah Memorial Trust

 

Awards will be presented to Jeenu Panika from Kotpad, Odisha for natural dyeing in AI; Soumyajit Jana from West Midnapore, West Bengal for masland mat weaving; Guda & Shubhadainee from Naigonda, Telangana for ikat weaving; Mithun Kumar from Malakot, Chattisgarh for iron craft; Sanji Pdahkasiej from Mawsynram, Meghalaya for cane and bamboo craft; and Deepali Bhatt from New Delhi for string puppet making
