Panelists: Nagraj Adve, Teachers Against the Climate Crisis, Delhi; Sharachchandra Lele, is an interdisciplinary environmental researcher, bridging the natural sciences, economics, and political science, who is associated with ATREE, IISER, Pune and Shiva Nadar University, Noida; and Nityanand Jayaraman, writer and researcher based in Chennai who investigates and reports on corporate abuses of environment and human rights, and is part of Vettiver Koottamaippu (Collective), Chennai

How does climate change affect different people in different parts of India? How does it transform their lives in the present and the future? How does it shape their imagination and capacity for action? Going beyond general statements and pious sentiments, three environmental scholar-activists present the realities of climate change with respect to water and agriculture, coastal areas and cities, energy and extreme events. They discuss the changes we need to make to ensure a more climate-safe future for all
