Although voting for the presidential election in U.S. was completed by 3rd November, the formal results are yet to be announced. It is clear that Vice-President Joseph Biden and Senator Kamala Harris have won with 279 Electoral College votes, given that 270 is enough to win. However, President Donald Trump has till now refused to accept defeat. Nevertheless, it is appropriate to discuss a foreign policy agenda for President-Elect Biden
