The park in the state of Matto Grosso, is one of the most bio-diverse reserves in Brazil, and is of enormous ecological importance with many areas of spectacular beauty. It is the largest and most intact rain forest region in the world and through this large area flows an extensive drainage system of more than thousand rivers, which account for 20% of the world’s fresh surface water
