Kaumudi Marathé, Chef-at-Large is a journalist by training, a chef by choice, and a writer. Based in California, in 2007, she started Un-Curry, the first organic Indian cooking school and catering company. She also works as a senior editor for the books team of  America’s Test Kitchen
